OpsArmy Careers is seeking an experienced US Tax Advisor (CPA / EA preferred) to provide Level 2 support on complex US tax, accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries. You will handle Form 1040/Schedule C, Form 1120-S questions, quarterly estimates, and S corporation compensation with independent judgment and clear client communication.

The role emphasizes researching unfamiliar scenarios, explaining tax concepts to clients, and resolving escalated issues while adapting to evolving workflows

Competenze

• Hands-on knowledge of US individual and small business taxation.
• Experience with Form 1040/Schedule C and Form 1120-S.
• Knowledge of quarterly estimated taxes and S Corporation compensation.
• Ability to explain tax concepts and research questions independently.

• Provide Level 2 support for US tax, accounting, payroll inquiries.
• Investigate escalated tickets and resolve complex issues.
• Review bookkeeping discrepancies and perform reconciliations.
• Assist clients with tax return questions and payroll setup.
