Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• 8–12 years of sales experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role in Upington or the Northern Cape region.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and CRM skills (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
• Set ambitious sales targets and monitor KPIs.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
