As a frontline banking professional, you will promote banking products, achieve sales targets, and uphold service excellence across branch channels. The role emphasizes thorough record‑keeping and collaboration within a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• FAIS-aligned qualification (NQF 5) and fit & proper status.
• 3–4 years in branch banking or client-facing sales with a proven sales track record.
• Experience in regulated environments with emphasis on risk, compliance, KYC/POPIA, and FAIS.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients to understand needs and provide appropriate banking solutions.
• Identify sales opportunities, promote products, and contribute to branch growth.
• Open, amend, transfer and close accounts following risk controls and FAIS requirements.
• Assess client needs using conduct, income, expenditure, and supporting information.
• Educate clients on banking processes, digital tools, and channels with rights and obligations.
• Maintain accurate records and support a high-performing branch environment.
