Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• Preferred: NQF Level 5 in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related FAIS fields.
• 1–3 years in customer-facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in branch with professional and helpful service.
• Identify needs to sell and cross-sell banking solutions.
• Educate customers on banking platforms and migrate to digital self-service channels.
• Process transactions and achieve service benchmarks with accuracy and speed.
• Maintain accurate customer records respecting FAIS, FICA and TCF requirements.
