Job summary

FirstRand Limited’s FNB POP team in Boksburg is seeking a Universal Advisor to deliver compliant sales and service to walk-in and existing customers in a high-volume branch. You’ll guide clients to the right banking channels and proactively promote digital self-service options, while upholding FAIS, FICA and TCF principles.

You will identify customer needs, cross‑sell appropriate solutions, fulfil transactions to required standards, manage leads and referrals, and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 / NQF Level 4.
• 1–3 years of customer-facing experience in financial services.
• Strong FAIS, TCF knowledge and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a positive, professional manner and identify banking solutions.
• Educate customers on correct digital platforms and migrate to e-Channels and self-service.
• Process transactions accurately while meeting benchmarks and maintaining records.
• Manage leads, referrals, and follow-ups within agreed turnaround times.
• Uphold FAIS, FICA, TCF and internal governance.
