Job summary

Recruitment Insured in Centurion, Gauteng, seeks an experienced Underwriting Consultant to handle commercial and personal lines underwriting administration. You will deliver excellent service, advise on risk and cover, and support existing member profiles with accurate policy administration.

The role covers upselling on existing business, claims support, and policy retention. The ideal candidate has FAIS credits at NQF4, RE5, a Matric certificate, and at least two years of short-term

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric / National Senior Certificate is required.
• FAIS credits on NQF4 as per FSCA requirements.
• RE5 (Representative) regulatory exam is required.
• Minimum 2 years of short-term insurance underwriting experience (commercial and personal).

Job Purpose

Commercial and personal lines motor and non-motor underwriting administration.

To provide exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty by handling all administrative functions on an existing member's profile and by providing accurate advice regarding risk and cover.

Requirements
