Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric / National Senior Certificate is required.
• FAIS credits on NQF4 as per FSCA requirements.
• RE5 (Representative) regulatory exam is required.
• Minimum 2 years of short-term insurance underwriting experience (commercial and personal).

Responsibilities

• Policy administration for commercial and personal lines.
• Upsell on existing business and retention of customers.
• Provide claims support and administration.
