Job summary

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or N3 Technical Qualification or equivalent.
• Section 26D Trade Certificate with apprenticeship proof.
• Basic computer literacy and English proficiency.
• Minimum 5 years of mining experience.
• Underground mining environment experience and earthmoving equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical maintenance operations.
• Preventive maintenance, perform corrective actions, supports planning and preparation, monitors outcomes and documents root cause, time and improvements.
• Operate in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Achieve maintenance targets.
• Follow quality and cleanliness standards.
• Communicate operational status and any deviations.
• Adhere to safety and housekeeping (5S) requirements.
• Pursue continuous improvements at personal and operational levels.
