Qualifications

• Maintenance experience of at least 5 years in mining environments.
• Supervisory experience of at least 3 years.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience in inventory control and stock management.
• Trackless mining experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan maintenance activities to optimise uptime.
• Collaborate with client and Contract Manager to manage risk.
• Identify outstanding work items.
• Enforce preventive maintenance schedules.
• Manage performance agreements and appraisals for staff.
• Ensure compliance with SHEQ management system and targets.
