Dis-Chem Life in Sandton is seeking a dynamic Call Centre Sales Agent to handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, build rapport, identify needs, and close sales with confidence. You will drive revenue while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work with warm and cold leads, overcome objections, and achieve daily KPIs. The role offers paid training, uncapped commission, and opportunities for internal growth within Dis-Chem Life.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is essential.
• 1–2 years in call centre sales is preferred.
• RE5/COB certifications are advantageous.
• Proven track record of meeting KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Sell Dis-Chem Life products to customers via inbound and outbound calls.
• Build rapport quickly, identify customer needs, and recommend solutions.
• Handle objections and close sales confidently.
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions on CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with sales processes and regulatory requirements.
• Represent Dis-Chem Life with professionalism and customer-first focus.
