Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in financial advisory or insurance sales.
• Minimum 2 years in a team leader/supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of retail financial products.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Call Centre Agents.
• Drive achievement of individual and team sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Provide performance reports to Call Centre Manager.
