Dis-Chem Life is seeking a Team Leader - Combined Sales to coach and motivate a team of Call Centre Agents to deliver outstanding customer experiences, hit sales targets, and uphold FAIS/FICA/TCF compliance. Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in financial advisory or insurance sales.
• Minimum 2 years in a team leader/supervisory role.
• RE5 certification is required.
• FAIS compliance is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Call Centre Agents.
• Drive achievement of individual and team sales targets.
• Monitor key performance metrics and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with FAIS, FICA, TCF and applicable regulations.
• Provide weekly/monthly performance reports to the Call Centre Manager.
• Collaborate with HR, Training, and Compliance to upskill agents.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
