Dis-Chem Life is seeking a Call Centre Sales Agent to wow customers over the phone with needs-based product sales. You will be the first touchpoint for potential clients, building trust quickly and matching customers with the right products.

The role is high-volume and high-energy, handling warm and cold leads, guiding customers through sign-up, overcoming objections, and closing deals with confidence.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is essential.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a call centre sales environment (life insurance sales advantageous).
• Proven sales track record with KPI achievement. Clear credit and criminal record.

Responsibilities

• Sell Dis-Chem Life products to customers via inbound and outbound calls.
• Build rapport quickly, identify customer needs, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Handle objections effectively and close sales confidently.
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions on CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with all sales, regulatory, and company processes.
• Represent Dis-Chem Life with professionalism and customer-first focus.
