d2B is seeking a Sales Development Representative to own UK outbound prospecting from South Africa. You will lead phone-first outreach to security-focused organisations, book Qualified Held Meetings with CISOs and IT security leaders, and hand over opportunities to Account Executives within 24 hours.

Qualified candidates will have 2+ years in B2B SaaS outbound, strong English communication, and a track record of hitting KPIs while working UK hours from a home office.

Formación

• Proven B2B SaaS outbound prospecting experience (cybersecurity/tech preferred).
• Strong phone-based outreach and ability to engage technical buyers credibly.
• Experience using parallel diallers and sales engagement platforms.
• Excellent written and spoken English, especially in executive communication.
• Able to operate autonomously from a home office and hit KPIs in UK hours.
• Experience building and refining outbound messaging cadences.

Responsabilidades

• Drive daily phone-first, multichannel outreach to UK B2B organisations.
• Secure Qualified Held Meetings with CISOs and security leaders.
• Achieve ramp targets: first QHM within 30 days; up to 10 QHMs/month when steady.
• Research decision-makers and tool stacks to tailor outreach.
• Qualify prospects using BANT and MEDDPICC; address objections and renewals.
• Pass fully documented briefs to Account Executives within 24 hours.
• Maintain HubSpot data hygiene and use diallers to maximize talk time.
• Ensure compliant outreach per UK GDPR and PECR.
