Huntswood is seeking energetic customer service professionals to join our dynamic team in KwaZulu-Natal. You will handle high volumes of calls, chats, and emails with care, building rapport and resolving issues for customers in the energy sector.

Requirements include a Matric/NQF4, clear background checks, and at least 1 year in gas and electricity campaigns plus customer service and sales experience. UK energy market knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Matric or NQF Level 4 equivalent.
• Clear Credit and Criminal record.
• Computer literate.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a Gas & Electricity campaign.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service and sales.
• Basic understanding and knowledge of the UK Energy market is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Provide responses to customers, maintaining high quality of services, performance standards and attend to high volumes of calls/chats/emails.
• Proactively identify issues and problems before they arise, use effective problem-solving techniques to help customers resolve their issues.
• Progress to taking escalated calls and complaints in line with procedures.
• Work with various parts of the business to resolve issues.
• Connect and build rapport with the customer.
