Job summary

Oostelike Personeel Konsultante in Tzaneen, Limpopo, seeks a meticulous Control Room Manager to centralize sales flow and lead governance at a busy dealership. You will oversee digital lead pipelines, manage sales administration, and ensure FAIS/FICA compliance while driving improved lead-to-deal conversion.

Qualifications

• Grade 12/Matric is required.
• 5+ years in automotive dealership ops or control room.
• F&I qualification (NQF4/5, FAIS credits, RE5) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of NCA, FAIS, FICA compliance.
• Experience with DMS and dealership CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead ingestion and speed-to-lead for digital leads and route them to sales teams.
• Oversee F&I and sales admin from finance app to invoicing and licensing.
• Enforce SLAs, track lead conversion, and reactivate cold prospects.
• Ensure compliance with F&I, NCA, FAIS, FICA and internal governance.
• Maintain DMS and CRM discipline; optimize system usage.
• Provide executive analytics on speed-to-lead and conversion rates.
