Job summary

First Degree Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales & Finance Control Manager for an established franchised automotive dealership in Tzaneen. The role focuses on overseeing F&I and sales administration processes, ensuring compliant transactions and efficient operational workflows.

The ideal candidate has strong F&I expertise, 5+ years in the automotive sector, and a proven track record with DMS systems such as Evolve, coupled with solid financial analysis and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Qualified F&I Manager preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience within the automotive industry.
• Experience in managing F&I operations and sales administration.
• Strong knowledge of dealership management systems, especially Evolve.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the full F&I and sales administration processes within the dealership.
• Ensure all finance and insurance transactions, deal structures and supporting documentation are accurate and compliant.
• Monitor and control sales administration processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to dealership standards.
• Manage and maintain dealership management systems (DMS), particularly Evolve.
• Monitor financial performance, reporting, costs and departmental profitability.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial controls, operational efficiency and profitability.
• Oversee lead management processes, ensuring effective lead allocation, follow-ups and conversion.
• Monitor sales leads and ensure that opportunities are managed effectively throughout the sales process.
• Work closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth dealership operations.
