Eastern Personnel Consultants / Oostelike Personeel Konsultante in Tzaneen, Limpopo, invites an analytical Control Room Manager to centralize sales flow, F&I governance, and lead distribution. You will oversee digital lead pipelines, sales administration, and compliance across FAIS/FICA and NCA while optimizing lead-to-deal conversions.

The role demands strong process discipline, DMS/CRM proficiency, and a track record in automotive environments.

Qualifications

• Grade 12/Matric is required.
• Minimum 5 years in automotive dealership ops or control room.
• F&I accreditation (NQF 4/5, FAIS credits, RE5) preferred.
• Strong deal structuring, margins, and cost controls.
• Experience with DMS and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound digital leads and assign to sales teams.
• Supervise F&I and sales admin from finance to invoicing.
• Enforce NCA, FAIS, FICA and internal governance.
• Maintain DMS and CRM system discipline.
• Provide executive performance reporting.
