Oostelike Personeel Konsultante is seeking an energetic Dealership Customer Relationship Operations Manager / Lead Generator in Gauteng, based in Menlyn, Pretoria East. You will drive lead generation, speed-to-lead, and CRM-driven engagement to fuel vehicle sales against a dynamic showroom backdrop.

The role requires a proven track record in automotive lead generation, excellent communication, and strong knowledge of vehicle finance processes.

Qualificações

• Experience in automotive lead generation, dealership CRM (CROM), outbound telesales, or motor retail sales is essential.
• Grade 12 / Matric certificate is strictly required. A relevant tertiary qualification in sales, marketing, or business administration is an added advantage.
• Sound understanding of local vehicle finance processes, credit criteria, and documentation requirements is highly advantageous.
• Strong working proficiency in automotive CRM platforms, lead management tools, and DMS.

Responsabilidades

• Inquiry Handling & Speed-to-Lead: Respond to inbound digital inquiries with initial contact within minutes.
• Outbound Prospecting & Cold Calling: Drive outreach via phone, email, and direct messaging.
• Lead Qualification & Screening: Identify vehicle preferences, timelines, budget, trade-in details, and finance eligibility.
• CRM Management & Tracking: Log interactions, update lead statuses, schedule test drives, maintain database records.
• Handover to Sales Executives: Brief qualified prospects to Sales Executives with client preferences.
• Lead Nurturing: Follow up with long-term prospects not ready to buy.
• Digital & Social Monitoring: Track inquiries from digital channels for engagement opportunities.
• Reporting & Metrics: Track outreach metrics and ROI for management.
