Job summary

JVR Software in Durban is seeking a results-driven Sales Director to lead the regional sales strategy and drive revenue growth across multiple channels. You will oversee regional managers, set performance goals, and ensure your team delivers on corporate targets while expanding the dealer network.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' sales experience.
• Retail environment experience preferred.
• Matric certificate (Grade 12) required.
• Willingness to travel locally.
• Leadership or management courses advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Sales Strategy to achieve revenue and sales targets.
• Oversee and drive the Action Plans of Regional Managers.
• Establish, monitor, and manage performance goals for all sales employees to ensure focus on corporate strategic goals and achievement of targets.
• Monitor and analyse sales and marketing trends.
• Manage the launch of new products and ensure sales staff have sufficient product knowledge to effectively market and sell same.
• Grow and manage the Dealer Tyre Program.
• Actively drive and coach sales teams to grow new business revenue streams.
