Job summary

JVR Software in South Africa seeks a senior regional leader to drive revenue growth, identify new business in the Eastern Cape region, and expand market presence across key sectors. You will build and maintain relationships with clients, intermediaries, and stakeholders, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention while monitoring portfolio performance.

You will oversee risk and governance adherence, guide regional teams, and align activities with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, commerce, or related.
• Postgraduate qualification in business, finance, leadership, or management is advantageous.
• 8–12 years’ experience in financial services, asset finance, commercial finance, banking, or business development environments.
• Proven experience driving revenue growth and market expansion.
• Strong background in business development and client acquisition.
• Experience managing regional operations, portfolios, or business units.
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder and intermediary relationship management.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Exposure to governance, compliance, risk management, and regulatory.
