Job summary

JVR Software in Bronkhorstspruit seeks an experienced Parts Sales Manager to lead automotive aftermarket sales. You will manage inventory, forecast stock movement, supervise sales staff, and drive growth through new channels while maintaining customer relationships.

Requirements include Grade 12, 5+ years in automotive aftermarket, Toyota/Hino knowledge preferred, valid driver's license, and referenceable work history. You will report to the Dealer Principal and align with company strategy.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric is required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the automotive aftermarket industry essential (Toyota/Hino knowledge preferred).
• Experience as Parts Sales Manager or Parts Sales Representative in automotive/commercial sectors.
• Knowledge of sales principles, methods and techniques.
• Valid Driver’s License and contactable references.
• Responsible for inventory, stock control and administrative compliance.

Responsibilities

• Apply the company’s vision and strategies to sales channels and growth opportunities.
• Forecast stock movement and ensure smooth parts sales operations.
• Supervise sales personnel including evaluation, training, and allocation.
• Plan, forecast, and report on sales budgets and department state to the Dealer Principal.
• Plan and implement marketing, sales and promotional activities.
• Communicate courteously with customers by phone, email and in person.
• Attend to correspondence promptly and efficiently.
• Demonstrate excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
