Job summary

Select Motor Recruitment in South Africa seeks an experienced Sales Leader to drive revenue, oversee regional managers and execute robust sales plans. You will coach teams, manage dealer programs, and align staff with corporate targets.

The role requires strong negotiation, leadership and time-management skills, with a focus on retail sales and customer satisfaction. Availability for local travel and overtime is expected.

Qualifications

• Matric Certificate (Grade 12).
• Managerial courses are an added advantage.
• At least 7 years of sales experience, with 3+ years in a Retail environment.
• Exposure to retail environments and product sales.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Sales Strategy to achieve revenue and sales targets.
• Oversee and drive the Action Plans of Regional Managers.
• Establish and monitor performance goals for sales staff.
• Grow and manage the Dealer Tyre Program.
• Coach sales teams to grow new business revenue streams.
