Job summary

Time Personnel is seeking a capable transport admin to support the operations team in Parow, Western Cape. You will assist in coordinating daily container truck loads, tracking schedules, and communicating delivery progress to clients.

Ideal candidates hold Matric, have strong Afrikaans and English communication, and are proficient with MS Office and Excel. A valid driver’s licence and own transport are essential, with overtime paid when required.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Afrikaans and English.
• Administrative, transport, logistics, or customer service experience is advantageous.
• A valid driver’s licence with own transport is essential.
• Strong computer skills, especially MS Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination and scheduling of daily container truck loads.
• Track planned trips and help ensure transport schedules are followed.
• Inform clients of delivery progress, ETA, delays, and changes.
• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve outstanding issues promptly.
• Process and maintain Proof of Delivery (POD) records.
• Arrange vehicle servicing and routine maintenance, following up on requirements.
