Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Management Consultant to drive transformations for diverse clients from our Centurion, Gauteng hub. The role focuses on strategic planning, process optimization, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

You will lead complex initiatives, mentor junior consultants, and partner with senior stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and lasting impact in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in MBA or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in management consulting or strategic advisory.
• Proven success in leading large-scale business transformation projects.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and process mapping tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of client operations and identify opportunities for strategic development.
• Develop and present business cases, roadmaps, and implementation plans for senior stakeholders.
• Lead project teams in change management initiatives aligned with client objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and build consensus.
• Provide expert advice on operational efficiency, organizational design, and digital transformation.
• Manage client relationships and foster long-term partnerships.
