Job summary

Nedbank is seeking a Programme/Project Management specialist to facilitate business transformation initiatives within Group Finance - GBS FUNCTION MANAGEMENT. You will support leaders to translate strategy into action, drive deployment plans and sustain improvements across programmes.

Req: five years’ experience, relevant qualifications, and strong skills in stakeholder management, governance and communication. This role emphasises collaboration and delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Essential: Matric/Grade 12 and a Diploma in Business Administration or related qualification.
• Preferred: Leadership/Management Development Certificate or related accreditation.
• Five years’ experience in strategy-to-execution enablement and governance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and analytical abilities.

• Understand business objectives and support leaders to drive outcomes.
