Job summary

Nedbank is seeking a Change Management professional to design, develop and implement strategic change initiatives aligned with the organisation’s business strategy. The role focuses on delivering change outcomes with strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and analytical insight.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years in change management, a solid understanding of methodologies, and a postgraduate qualification in a related field.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
• Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees.
• Post graduate degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology or related.

Responsibilities

• Deliver change project results on time and within risk parameters.
• Execute change management practices that are methodical and planned.
• Influence practice to improve organisational coherence.
• Assess change size and impact and select appropriate change strategy.
• Create a change plan with the project team to realise benefits.
• Identify change team members to maximise sustainable change.
• Select change interventions to progress stakeholder enrolment.
• Implement interventions to achieve enrolment objectives within policies.
