The role requires a track record of managing complex programs with senior-level stakeholders, a blend of MBA/finance expertise, and PMP/PgMP credentials.

Qualifications

• MBA or related field required.
• Bachelor's degree with extensive experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan, and execute large-scale transformation programs.
• Develop program roadmaps, objectives and KPIs.
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines.
• Lead and mentor a portfolio of Project Managers.
• Oversee program risk and mitigation.
• Facilitate senior stakeholder collaboration.
• Drive change management across Centurion, Gauteng.
• Monitor progress and report to executives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and policies.
