Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking an experienced Senior Project/Program Manager in Sandton to lead end-to-end initiatives in financial services. You will drive the project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, coordinating with senior stakeholders across business, technology and operations.

You will champion Target Operating Model deployment, establish governance, manage resources and budgets, and address risks to keep milestones on track and within scope.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience in Financial Services, preferably Global Markets.
• Strong track record leading large-scale system transformation programs.
• Experience with data models and Target Operating Model execution.
