Job summary

Staff Solutions is seeking a Senior Conveyancer for a Northern Suburbs, Cape Town role. The successful candidate will have 5+ years in conveyancing and handle a high-volume file load with accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail to support a busy practice.

Proficiency in GhostConvey, LEXIS Convey, Stordoc and E4 is essential, along with a Matric certificate and excellent Afrikaans and English communication.

• 5+ years in a conveyancing-related role (Senior).
• Ability to manage 60+ files.
• Proficiency in GhostConvey, LEXIS Convey, Stordoc, and E4.
• Matric certificate required.
• SA citizenship.
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
• A relevant legal qualification will be advantageous.

Job description

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years for Senior candidates in a conveyancing-related role
• Proven ability to manage a significant file load (approx. 30 files for Junior and 60+ for Senior)
• Proficiency in GhostConvey, LEXIS Convey, Stordoc, and E4 systems (non-negotiable)
• Matric certificate (non-negotiable)
• South African citizenship
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
• A relevant legal qualification will be advantageous
