Job summary

PTP Integrated in Gauteng seeks a seasoned Training Strategy and Delivery specialist to lead ERP training programs across the organization. You will shape the training strategy, framework, and delivery plan to support large-scale ERP deployments.

Responsibilities include conducting training needs analyses across business functions, designing materials and user guides, and enabling users through end‑to‑end training. A strong background in ERP learning and change management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in a related field.
• 5–8 years' experience in training, L&D, knowledge management, or change management.
• ERP training and user-enablement experience within large-scale ERP implementations.
• Experience developing and delivering end-user training for ERP solutions.

• Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in Human Resources, Education, Information Systems, InformationTechnology, Business Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Relevant ERP, Learning & Development, Training or oracle certifications will be advantageous.
• Minimum of 5-8 years' experience in training, learning and development, knowledge management, or change management.
• Demonstrated ERP training and user-enablement experience within large-scale ERP implementations.
• Proven experience developing and delivering end-user training for ERP solutions such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Unit4, or related platforms.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, business stakeholders, and system implementation partners.
• Experience managing knowledge-transfer activities during system implementations or digital transformation projects.
