Qualifications

• Diploma/IT or degree in IT/BI required.
• Exposure to AI projects and automation initiatives preferred.
• 2–5 years’ experience in Trading Systems across asset classes.
• Experience with APIs and FICS Protocol basics; SQL knowledge.
• Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and scheduling tools.

The role supports technology services spanning market access, pricing, execution, trade capture, risk, valuations, confirmations, settlement, finance, regulatory reporting and control processes. Service failure, stale data, delayed processing or unresolved exceptions may affect trading continuity, risk visibility, financial control and client outcomes. The Trading Systems Support Analyst / Specialist owns the operational health of assigned services once they are in production. The incumbent diagnoses complex application and infrastructure issues, coordinates service restoration, manages operational exceptions, supports change and release activity, and engineers preventative improvements through monitoring, AIOps, machine learning and automation.
