Job summary

Frontierco in Cape Town is seeking a capable store associate to support daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service while driving on-floor sales. This role also involves assisting with staff supervision when senior management is unavailable and managing opening/closing procedures.

You will handle stock receipt, replenishment, and general admin while upholding strong visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Matric is required with strong customer-service and sales ability.
• 2+ years B2B sales experience is preferred, especially in home décor/design.
• Diploma in Interiors or Sales is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Sage; excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
