You will leverage CRM tools to manage the sales cycle, build lasting relationships with customers, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and responsive support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of field/direct sales experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong customer focus and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM software is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel within territory.
• Degree/diploma in Business, Marketing or related field is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans in Bloemfontein and surrounding areas.
• Identify and engage potential new customers through direct outreach and networking.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects and clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships based on trust and value.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sale follow-up.
• Track activities, manage the pipeline, and report progress in the CRM.
