Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a driven Sales Representative to cover Bloemfontein and the Free State territory. You will promote innovative medical devices to healthcare professionals, establish strong relationships, and drive sales growth through demonstrations and strong territory planning.

Ideal candidates have proven medical sales experience, excellent communication, and a willingness to travel. A degree in Science, Business, or Healthcare Administration is preferred, with a valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare.
• History of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry and clinical environments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively with a valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or Healthcare Administration.
• Knowledge of surgical procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell a range of advanced medical devices to healthcare professionals and institutions in the Bloemfontein area.
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing departments.
• Educate healthcare providers on clinical benefits, features, and usage of medical devices.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations in clinical settings.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
• Provide ongoing support to existing customers and address concerns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and medical technology developments.
• Manage administrative tasks, including reporting activities and maintaining CRM records.
