Qualifications

• Extensive experience in tennis coaching and program management.
• Professional tennis playing experience or a recognized coaching certification (e.g., PTR, USPTA).
• Strong understanding of tennis techniques, tactics, fitness, and junior development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for the tennis program.
• Manage, train, and mentor a team of tennis professionals and support staff.
• Oversee the design and delivery of tennis lessons, clinics, camps, and social events for all ages and skill levels.
• Manage the tennis budget, including facility maintenance, equipment, and staffing expenditures.
• Promote the tennis program within the club and the community, driving membership and participation.
