You will promote tennis within the community, monitor progress, and develop players while managing budgets and facilities. A proven coaching track record and PTR/USPTA certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Tennis Coach with modern coaching methodologies.
• Certification from PTR or USPTA.
• Strong understanding of tennis techniques and conditioning.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality tennis training sessions tailored to different age groups and skill levels.
• Recruit, train, and mentor assistant coaches and support staff.
• Develop and implement competitive strategies for tournaments and league play.
• Monitor player progress, provide constructive feedback, and set individual development goals.
• Manage the tennis program's budget, equipment, and facility scheduling.
• Organize and promote tennis clinics, camps, and community outreach events.
