Placements24 is seeking a visionary Director of Tennis Operations to lead and grow the Port Elizabeth tennis program. You will oversee coaching, junior development, member services, and facility management, shaping strategy, budgeting, and membership growth.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in tennis coaching and club management, with strong leadership and communication skills, and relevant PTR/USPTA certifications. Join a dynamic team focused on excellence and development.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in tennis coaching and program management at a high level.
Proven leadership or management experience within a tennis club or similar.
Strong understanding of tennis development pathways from beginner to elite.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance the club's tennis offerings and membership.
Oversee the hiring, training, and management of all tennis coaching staff.
Manage the club's budget, including revenue generation and expense control for the tennis division.
Organize and promote tennis tournaments, leagues, clinics, and social events for members.
Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of all tennis courts and related facilities.
Foster strong relationships with members, provide exceptional customer service, and resolve issues promptly.
