Placements24 is seeking an ambitious Commercial Property Leasing Agent to grow and manage a leasing portfolio in Tembisa, Gauteng. You will secure new leases, retain tenants, and build relationships with landlords, tenants, and developers in a dynamic commercial real estate scene.

The role requires identifying market opportunities, marketing spaces, negotiating lease terms, and driving leasing targets within the Tembisa region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial property leasing or sales.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new leasing opportunities in Tembisa's market.
• Market vacant properties via online listings, outreach and events.
• Conduct property viewings and provide space details to prospects.
• Negotiate lease terms favorable to landlords and tenants.
• Prepare and present leasing proposals and agreements.
• Maintain relationships with existing tenants and manage renewals.
• Conduct market research on rental rates in Tembisa and Gauteng.
• Collaborate with property management to ensure tenant satisfaction.
