Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial real estate leasing or sales.
• Ability to generate leads, build a prospect pipeline, and close deals.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of commercial property types and lease structures.
• Proficiency in CRM and commercial real estate listing platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work model.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with the Benoni and Gauteng commercial property market.

Responsibilities

• Actively market and showcase available commercial properties in the Benoni area and surrounding regions.
• Identify and pursue leads through networking, cold calling, events, and online platforms.
