Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent (NQF Level 6) is essential.
• Minimum 12 months of telesales experience in a contact centre or sales environment.
• Experience selling Funeral Policies or Life Cover is mandatory.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong sales techniques: needs analysis, closing, objection handling.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to promote Funeral Plans and Life Cover.
• Assess customer needs telephonically and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and professional rapport.
• Handle objections confidently to maximize conversion rates.
