Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of telesales experience in a contact centre or sales environment.
• Experience selling Funeral Policies or Life Cover products is essential.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong sales techniques including needs analysis, closing strategies and objection handling.
• Excellent verbal communication with a professional telephone manner.
