Job summary

Isilumko Staffing seeks experienced Telesales Agents in the Eastern Cape to join a dynamic contact centre selling Funeral Plans and Life Cover products. You will engage prospects telephonically, assess needs, and present suitable solutions while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires a minimum of 12 months telesales experience, a strong track record of meeting targets, and excellent communication skills. Temp position with market-related pay in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of telesales experience in a contact centre or sales environment.
• Experience selling Funeral Policies or Life Cover products is essential.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong sales techniques including needs analysis, closing strategies and objection handling.
• Excellent verbal communication with a professional telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to promote Funeral Plans and Life Cover products.
• Identify and assess customer needs telephonically and recommend solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships through effective communication and rapport.
• Handle objections confidently to maximize conversion rates.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets in a high-performance environment.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across Funeral Plan and Life Cover offerings.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal policies.
• Capture and maintain customer information and sales records in systems.
• Participate in role-plays and coaching to improve performance.
• Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions.
