Confirm appointments and provide agents with accurate lead information.
Follow up with prospective sellers who are not immediately ready to proceed.
Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads and appointments; update CRM/lead-management system.
Work closely with Estate Agents to improve lead quality.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and appointment targets.
