Qualify prospective sellers according to agreed criteria.
Arrange appointments between property owners and Estate Agents.
Confirm appointments and provide agents with accurate lead information.
Follow up with prospective sellers who are not immediately ready to proceed.
Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads and appointments; update CRM/lead-management system.
Work closely with Estate Agents to improve lead quality.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and appointment targets.
Provide professional and efficient customer service.
