You will work within a collaborative team, perform diagnostics, and implement improvements while coordinating with engineering and support teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in network operations or technical support.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in hybrid setting and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and traffic using specialized tools, identifying anomalies and potential issues.
• Respond to network alerts and incidents, performing initial diagnostics and escalating as necessary.
• Execute routine network maintenance tasks, including software updates and configuration changes.
• Analyze network data to identify trends, performance bottlenecks, and areas for optimization.
• Document network events, troubleshooting steps, and resolution actions.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to implement network improvements and resolve complex problems.
