Placements24 is seeking a Telecoms Customer Support Representative to join a fully remote team. You will be the primary contact for customers seeking assistance with telecom services, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring satisfaction.

This role is based in a remote setting with the Queenstown area as the focus. You should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, experience in customer service or technical support, and be comfortable using CRM and standard office
