Key Responsibilities

• Partner with sales representatives to understand customer requirements and business challenges.
• Design and present customized telecommunications solutions, demonstrating technical feasibility and benefits.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Develop technical proposals, quotes, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Provide expert technical support throughout the sales cycle, addressing client queries and concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect in the telecoms industry .
• Strong understanding of telecommunications networks, services, and technologies (e.g., fiber optics, wireless, cloud solutions).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their technical and business needs.
• A track record of successfully supporting sales teams in achieving revenue targets.
