Qualificações

About the Role

Our client, a rapidly expanding telecommunications infrastructure company, is seeking a motivated and organized Telecom Network Deployment Specialist to join their field operations team in Sandton, Gauteng. This role is essential for the successful physical deployment and commissioning of telecommunications network equipment and infrastructure across various sites. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in managing deployment projects, coordinating field teams, and ensuring that installations meet technical specifications and timelines. This hybrid position involves significant on-site work for project execution and site visits, complemented by remote coordination and administrative tasks. You will play a key part in expanding the network's reach and ensuring the smooth rollout of new technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the physical deployment of telecommunications network equipment, including base stations, routers, and fiber optic infrastructure.
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, planning) and external vendors for site readiness and installation activities.
• Ensure all deployments adhere to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to confirm suitability for network equipment installation.

Requirements
