Job summary

Tensor Dynamics Solutions in Johannesburg seeks an experienced Technical Implementation Engineer to lead the integration and delivery of Huawei software products (NGBSS, BES, CBS, OCS, VAS, FinTech) across cloud and on-premises deployments.

You will manage end-to-end delivery, mitigate risks, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful go-lives, with overseas travel required.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in software integration for complex, distributed systems.
• Experience in software development and embedded software for telecom environments.
• Troubleshooting for integration, performance, and interoperability issues.
• Familiarity with version control, build automation, and scripting (Python, Bash).
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation and delivery of Huawei software products (NGBSS, BES, CBS, OCS, VAS, FinTech).
• Manage deployment integration, verification, cutover, and integration configuration within cloud and on-site contexts.
• Handle technical risks, obtain customer approval, and mitigate risks proactively.
• Summarize and document technical delivery cases and learnings.
